The school of Kardashian
Kim Kardashian West was having none of it when the US president sent one of his signature tone-deaf, infantile tweets over the weekend.
Puerto Rico is in ruins after Hurricane Maria ravaged the island. Residents stand in line for food and water. 95% of the island is still without power. And as its people struggle to come to terms with what’s happened, Donald Trump is tweeting about fake news.
He wrote on Twitter: ‘To the people of Puerto Rico: Do not believe the #FakeNews! #PRStrong.’

And while most of the world were probably sat with their heads in their hands – despairing – that these are the words of an American president, Kim was clapping back with all the sass you could hope for.
Replying to the tangerine-tinted demagogue, the beauty icon fumed: ‘They don’t have power to watch the news!!! Please stop tweeting & golfing while people are dying! Please step up & help!’

Thanks for saying what we were all thinking, Kim. Now if you could just do this about every tweet The Donald sends, that would be great.
